Living in California you get a little spoiled; beautiful sunshine almost every day of the year, life among the palm trees, and you’re never more than a couple of hours from a pristine beach, a great hike, or snowcapped mountains. YES. It’s magical.
But do you know what it’s missing? Proper seasons. Now that we’re two years into our Cali Lives Z and I miss traditional seasonal activities. So what did we do? Make a plan to visit other places at least once per season! This year we’re heading to Chicago in mid-September hoping for a glimpse of some changing leaves, apple picking, pumpkin patches, and other autumnal fair.
Stay tuned for that, but for now enjoy these fun photos I took in SF at a faux cherry farm, which is actually an art installation at the DeYoung Museum.
